If you are a streamer and you do not want your content clipped, email optout@gr3y.io. We will remove your existing clips and stop monitoring your channel within 24 hours. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to prove ownership beyond showing you control the channel.
gr3ylabs operates automated systems that capture short excerpts from public livestreams on Twitch and Kick, reformat them for vertical short-form video, and publish them to our own YouTube channels. Every published clip names the streamer it came from and links to their channel.
Email optout@gr3y.io from an address associated with your channel, or message us from the channel itself, and include:
If you cannot email from a channel-associated address, any reasonable demonstration that you control the channel is enough — a post, a DM from the channel account, or a message in your stream chat directed to us.
Within 24 hours of receiving a request we will:
Removal is permanent unless you later ask us to resume. We do not require a reason, we do not ask you to reconsider, and we do not treat a request as an invitation to negotiate.
Management, agencies, and rights holders acting on a streamer's behalf may use the same address. Please state the relationship and the channel involved.
This page is a courtesy process, not a substitute for the formal one. If you would rather file a copyright claim directly with the platform, YouTube's process is at support.google.com/youtube/answer/2807622. Using it does not affect your ability to email us as well, and we will act on an email faster than a formal claim will resolve.
