5. YouTube API Services and Google APIs

Certain gr3ylabs applications use YouTube API Services. By using those applications you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your information is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access, collect and store

Our applications authenticate to YouTube channels that gr3ylabs owns or is authorized to operate, using Google OAuth 2.0. Through YouTube API Services we access and process:

• Channel and video metadata for the authorized channel — video identifiers, titles, descriptions, tags, privacy status, publication times, and playlist membership
• Video content we upload — clips generated by our systems from publicly available live streams, together with the titles, descriptions and thumbnails we assign to them
• Aggregate performance data for the authorized channel's own videos — view counts and similar statistics, used to decide which videos remain publicly listed
• OAuth credentials — an access token and a refresh token for the authorized channel

We do not access, collect or store personal information about YouTube viewers, subscribers, or commenters, and we do not request access to any Google account other than the channel owner's.

How we use and share it

API Data is used solely to operate the authorized channel: to upload clips, set their metadata, organize them into playlists, and adjust the visibility of previously uploaded videos. We do not sell API Data, we do not transfer it to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or to build user profiles. It is not used to train machine learning or AI models.

How it is stored and for how long

OAuth tokens are stored on our own infrastructure, are not shared, and are retained only while the integration is active. Metadata is retained only as long as needed to operate the channel. API Data is deleted when it is no longer required, or on request.

How to revoke our access

You can revoke our applications' access to your Google account at any time through the Google security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately prevents further use of YouTube API Services on your behalf. You may also contact us at hello@gr3y.io to request deletion of any data we hold.

Limited Use

gr3ylabs' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
